GigTaps respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users (freelancers, clients, and partners) to do the same. This Intellectual Property Claims Policy explains how you can report content that you believe infringes your IP rights and how we handle such reports.
1. What Is Intellectual Property (IP)?
Intellectual property includes (but is not limited to):

2. Reporting an IP Infringement
If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed on GigTaps, please send us a written notice with the following details:

Your full name and contact information.

A description of the IP you own and proof of ownership (e.g., registration certificate, trademark number, or original work evidence).

The URL(s) or specific details of the allegedly infringing content on GigTaps.

A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of your IP is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rightful owner (or authorized to act on behalf of the owner).
