Freelancers may list services (“gigs”) and submit proposals.

Clients may post projects, review proposals, and hire freelancers.

GigTaps is not a party to contracts between freelancers and clients.
5. User Obligations
For Freelancers:

Deliver services professionally and on time.

Avoid plagiarism, fraud, or unethical practices.

Maintain client confidentiality.
For Clients:

Provide clear project requirements.

Pay freelancers promptly through GigTaps’ payment system.

Use the platform for lawful purposes only.
6. Payments & Fees

All payments must be made through GigTaps’ secure payment system.

GigTaps may charge service fees (e.g., commission on transactions).

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or under GigTaps’ refund policy.

Freelancers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes.
7. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, users should first attempt to resolve them directly.

If unresolved, GigTaps may mediate but does not guarantee resolution.

GigTaps’ decision in disputes is final and binding for platform-related matters.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users must NOT:

Post or request illegal, harmful, or offensive content.

Circumvent the platform by making direct payments outside GigTaps.

Misrepresent identity, qualifications, or services.

Use bots, scrapers, or unauthorized software on the Platform.
9. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they create.

By posting content on GigTaps, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and use that content for platform operation.

GigTaps’ logo, name, and branding are our exclusive property and may not be used without permission.
